Refund policy

 

RETURNS:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase

• We do not currently offer a free returns system. Therefore, customers are responsible for postage fees for returned items. We advise sending returned items via a “tracked” postal service to ensure both the customer and Lowered Status are aware of the item’s location. Lowered Status does not stand legally liable for replacements or reimbursement of funds of any lost returns.

• All returned items will first go through a quality control check. Only items in the condition of which they were sold will be replaced or refunded.

• All non-fault items returned/refunded will be subject to a 15% restock/handling fee of said item(s).
• If you wish to return an item please head over to our email direct, lowered_status@hotmail.com, referencing your Order number and tell us what you would like to return. Please include your full name, full address and order number for the fastest response.
